Today’s shift

Eight hours. Three rounds, and a test at the end of each. Everyone gets the same one today.

Any day

A random shift

A new deal. Its number is on the time card, so a good one can be played again.

How a shift goes

  1. Pick a stop. Each round is a few forks: a job, the noticeboard, the bench, tea, sometimes a call or a lead.
  2. Do the job. A small game on a Slopbox cartridge, or a question about what the world has on record.
  3. Mind the hours. A job that goes wrong costs one to three. At none you have clocked off.
  4. Pass the tests. Get through round three’s and you are signed off.

Access and sound

These go in your file and apply from the next shift. A job you leave out is swapped for another of the same trade and tier, so nothing in the file is out of reach.

About

Slopportunities is the workshop’s noticeboard as a game: a shift of small jobs drawn from the rest of slopped.site. The cart jobs are Slopbox cartridges, the questions come from the codex, and the leads point at secrets on the other sites.

Your file stays in this browser. The marks in it are yours to keep, move or edit; ranks past Handy will need a checked mark, which comes later. Made by machines, like everything else on slopped.site.
